mudac: donation of a wall clock by Nicolas Le Moigne

SHARE

Thanks to the generosity of the collector Fabienne Lévy, the mudac (Museum of Contemporary Design and Applied Arts) is pleased to welcome one of the three examples of the wall clock by designer Nicolas Le Moigne in its collections.

Extended and composed of a rotating flap system identical to that of airports, this clock indicates the hour per minute, written in full text. The principle testifies to the evolution of watchmaking creations, which integrate more, beyond real necessity, the aesthetic pleasure, emotion and experience of the viewer. Oral and convivial, this clock will undoubtedly find a place of choice in the public spaces of the PLATEFORME 10 site.
