The Museum in Films

A second cycle devoted to the representation of museums in films

For the second year in a row, the Cinemathèque suisse invites PLATEFORME 10 to share its privileged space - the cinema theatre - to propose a new cycle devoted to films which have given a voice - and a soul - to museums around the world.

As we strolled through the museums, we all imagined that one day or another we could enter a painting or watch a work come to life before our very eyes... The seventh art often used these spaces dedicated to culture, science and imagination to realize this child’s dream.
