On the agenda
the three museums offer you new exhibitions:
Photo Elysée presents “Wish This Was Real” by Tyler Mitchell and invites you to discover “Sport in Focus”, in collaboration with the Olympic Museum.
Head to mudac under the sun, which is hosting the “Soleil·s” exhibition for the second edition of the Solar Biennale.
At MCBA, Sophie Thun invites you to discover a photographic exhibition that plays with notions of scale and trompe-l’œil. As for the exhibition dedicated to “Alice Pauli, gallerist, collector, and art patron”, it offers you the chance to discover several works by different artists.

Alice Pauli. Gallerist, Collector, Art Patron
Paying homage to the gallerist and art patron Alice Pauli, this show hails the extraordinary career of a pioneer. Figures from the realm of international contemporary art, notable artists on the Swiss scene — the many names behind the features works are those that this exceptional woman had been eager to see brought together and showcased in a single venue.

The new Arts District
PLATEFORME 10 is a one-of-a-kind site in Switzerland bringing together 3 canton-level museums and 2 foundations on a sprawling esplanade of nearly 25,000 square meters just a few steps from Lausanne’s main train station.
Inaugurated in 2019, the new building housing the Musée cantonal des beaux-arts (MCBA) led the way for the exciting adventure that is Plateforme 10. This was followed in 2022 by a new home for two other Lausanne institutions, Photo Elysée and mudac. As an arts district and lively public space right in the heart of Lausanne, Plateforme 10 offers everyone a unique opportunity to discover the diversity and interdisciplinarity of the arts and art making in the fine arts, photography and design.
